The aim of the Balance Community is to make the corporate communities more family-friendly. Employers should pay attention to the family-friendly approach and incorporate it into their CSR strategy because it is a real value for them. Good practices should be known as widely as possible thus we search good practises in corporate culture that support childbearing with appropriate leadership views.
About Balance Community
Programs, trainings and meeting facilities organized by the Three Princess, Three Princesses Foundation are available to companies participating in Balance Community. The goal is companies with exemplary practices to get inspiration and ideas from experienced professionals, and they can meet other companies and their good practices.
In the framework of the Balance Community Three Princess, Three Princesses Foundation with the help of HR and consultants:
- Provides assistance to companies participating in the Program to assist them in achieving family-friendliness
- Helps family-friendly organisations in their further development
- Carries out monitoring activities for family-friendly workplaces
- Provides an opportunity for companies with a family-friendly or willing attitude to meet each other, to share good practices and disseminate them
FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMPANY - MENTOR ORGANISATIONS
Leadership of the Foundation invites companies to Family-friendly Company - Mentor Organisations Partnership based on the following considerations:
- The humanitarian and family-friendly culture of the organisation is exemplary, and the leadership of the company is committed to sustaining and improving it,
- The company makes every effort to spread familyfriendly good practices in Hungary, and cooperates with the movement (in the Balance Community).
The Family-friendly Company Mentor organisation partnership is not linked to any membership fee or sponsorship donation, and cannot be bought.
By giving the title of the Family-Friendly Company Mentor Organisation, the Foundation recognizes outstanding professional performance that creates human and family-friendly culture and an exemplary, responsible employer engagement.
OUR FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMPANY - MENTOR ORGANISATIONS
Balance Mentor Organisations of the Foundation includes companies who have applied to our previous family-friendly company applications. We have an active relationship with these companies for years and experienced there are companies that not only work as a family- and human-friendly community (organisation), but they invest time to share this approach and good practices with other companies.
In this, the Foundation supports them with the means at their disposal, and in this "mission" we feel them to be our companions thus we give them the Family-friendly Company Mentor-Organisation Title since 2016.
